As an Oxyfresh affiliate, you earn based on your referral sales during a revolving 30 Day Period. This does not include your own personal orders. 

 

• $0 - $250 Referral Sales = 5%
• $250 - $1000 Referral Sales = 10%
• $1000 - $2500 Referral Sales = 15%
• $2500 - $20,000 Referral Sales = 20%

How It Works:

After you complete the online application on the registration page, Oxyfresh will provide email approval through the Refersion network within 48 hours. Once approved, you will access your account and begin selecting links you wish to display on your website or share with your friends and family. 

Visitors access Oxyfresh products through links and banners that you share with your audience through your site, blog, or social media outlets. Customers are tagged with a cookie to signify referral from you. When orders are placed within 30 days of the referral, your account is credited for the commission that you qualify for.

Term & Conditions
As a participant in our Affiliate Program, you agree to the terms detailed in our Affiliate Agreement form.

The referring party shall govern himself/herself in a legal and ethical manner. The referring party shall not misrepresent Oxyfresh's products and prices or impose any fees or charges or minimums in connection with Oxyfresh's products.

We may reject your application at our sole discretion. We may cancel your application if we determine that your site, blog or social presence is unsuitable for our Affiliate Program, including if it: Promotes sexually explicit materials. Promotes violence. Promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age. Promotes illegal activities. Incorporates any materials which infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights or to violate the law. Is otherwise in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable to us in our sole discretion. 


Commissions
Oxyfresh affiliates earn a tiered commission structure for all sales. We reserve the right to reverse commissions due to returns, order cancellations and erroneous order duplications. We also reserve the right to defer or refuse commissions for disputed orders or orders we reject and cannot fulfill. 

The purchase must be made through your unique referral link in order for you to be credited. You will not earn your reward if the referred customer fails to do so, and Oxyfresh is under no obligation to pay you a reward in such case.

If two or more affiliates have shared their link to a single person, the last cookie used will prevail paid to that affiliate. 

There will be no commission on purchases you make using your own affiliate link. 

There will be no commissions on existing Oxyfresh Customers. 

You acknowledge and agree that Oxyfresh's determination will be final and binding with respect to the referring party's eligibility for any Affiliate Reward.

Commission Fees:

• $0 - $250 Referral Sales = 5%
• $250 - $1000 Referral Sales = 10%
• $1000 - $2500 Referral Sales = 15%
• $2500 - $20,000 Referral Sales = 20%

For a total of $852.50
Payments of commissions are paid on the 15th of each Month for the previous 30 day cycle. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday day, payments will be issued on the first following business day. 

Marketing Compliance
Affiliates can use approved ads (sidebar/banner) and badges that are found in your Refersion dashboard. If you have a special promotion you would like to run, it must be approved. The artwork/ad must be received 30 days prior to use and you will be notified if it is approved within 7 business days. All affiliates must include
 an appropriate disclaimer whenever using your affiliate link.

It is entirely the affiliate's responsibility to follow all applicable intellectual property and other laws that pertain to your site. You must have express permission to use any of Oxyfresh's copyrighted material, whether it be a writing, an image, or any other copyrightable work. 

Affiliates may not create or design their website, social branding, etc. that explicitly or implied in a manner which resembles our website, nor design your website in a manner which leads customers to believe you are employed at or are Oxyfresh.

Affiliates may not create Google Ads or create other advertising campaigns that use our trademarks or advertise in direct or indirect competition with Oxyfresh. This includes variations or misspellings thereof in Oxyfresh trademarks or domain names.

Legal Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all federal, state and local regulations within your jurisdiction. This includes applicable governing marketing emails (i.e. CAN-SPAM Act), and all other anti-spam laws. All affiliates must comply with all regulations in regards to claims about Oxyfresh products. No medical claims or what could be borderline claims will be tolerated. 

Gaming the system will lead to exclusion from the program and any rewards earned will be revoked. This pertains to, but not exclusively, mass distribution of the referral link and/or code in any form as well as referring yourself. There will be no "black hat" practices (such as "cookie stuffing" or using a link that looks like it goes to your blog but then redirects to the Oxyfresh store.

Contains software downloads that potentially enable diversions of commission from other affiliates in our program. 

Oxyfresh reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliates from our Affiliate Program at any time, without warning. Upon termination Affiliate agrees to discontinue use of all links, logos, banners and promotional materials provided to you by Oxyfresh or Refersion. Affiliates terminated will also have commissions revoked and face possible omission from the Refersion network.

Oxyfresh reserves the right to investigate any suspicious or inappropriate registration or activity. Oxyfresh in its sole discretion, reserves the right to delay payment of any Affiliate while it conducts an investigation of any such activity. If Oxyfresh, in its sole discretion, concludes a registration was deceptive, affiliate agrees that Oxyfresh will not be obligated to pay any commissions for such registration. 

Affiliate is not permitted, under any circumstances, to represent that you are acting on behalf of Oxyfresh or that you have the authority to enter in any agreement on behalf of Oxyfresh.

Oxyfresh may discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time and will not be liable for any loss of income.
